So far the bird flu hasn't really taken flight. I think it was Aaron Donahue (the remote viewer / goetian demon luciferian) who predicted it would not do so this year, at least nothing until 2007-2008 if I remember correctly. The easiest apocalypse would be a sudden oil crisis that grinds everything to a halt. Maybe with terrarist sabotaging of other infrastructure and the martial law that follows. Good times! I wonder whether anyone's had prophetic dreams lately.

Neocons 'thinkers' and politicians (and their Israelis puppetters) spread the fear of next august 22. This date is also the date Mohammed supposedly ascending to heaven from Jerusalem.  This is thus a very important muslim celebration.

Sionists (Israel ans their US/Brit servants) want the world to believe muslim terrorism is a menace for the 'civilised' world. They plan something big on august 22. Nuke? Bird flu? the latter would be even more ironic: Rumsfeld and Cheney have big money investesd i TAMIFLU, the only cure to bird's flu (and yet this is not really a creu since it kills more than it relieves).

If 'something big' happens in Israel, I believe it will be a good time for the black lodges of the world to push their own world Savior/Messiah, that is the Antichrist. They have been planning this for a while, taking advantage of millenial currents in world's religions (muslim aer waiting for the hiden Imam, the Mahdi, budhists for Maitreya, Jews for the messiah, Christians for the return of Christ, etc.). For christian fundamentalists, the infidels are muslims and the people of god is Israel and USA/G-B. For muslims integrits (they are rare but yet they exist, but not the way the medias portray them), the western world is Magog (the great hord of infidels) and Israel is Gog (the smaller hord of infidels). This fits the Israeli-neocon (in short : Sionist) agenda, create an outer menace in order to push their plan to execution: the culmination of violence in the middle east and the threat of nuclear war being a pretext for a fake 'divine intervention' to 'save Israel' and/or 'disarm Iran'.

Events will occur in order to make us believe the Antichrist is the real Christ coming back to save us from a worldwide menace (nukes? the new world order that will be coming into its apogee in WWIII?).

Gerberding spoke at the Greater Tacoma Convention & Trade Center at a pandemic flu conference that drew 1,200 people from across the state, mostly health department officials and others involved in emergency planning.

Other officials from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the U.S. Department of Agriculture and elsewhere joined her. Gov. Chris Gregoire and several upper-level state officials also spoke.

Gerberding's comments on bird flu contrast earlier statements from the federal government that tended to emphasize worse-case scenarios.

In a November letter to the public, for instance, President Bush encouraged preparing "ourselves, our nation, and our world to fight this potentially devastating outbreak of infectious disease."

The concern is that the H5N1 strain of bird flu virus will mutate into a form passed easily between people.

Personally I think the best way to protect yourself from birdflu is to stop believing in it, or at least ignore it!

I'm getting quite annoyed by birdflu right now and I'm making a point of not reading most news articles I see about it other than the headline. In addition to what she said above, I remember Lyra made a more detailed post about staving off illness by maintaining a positive mental attitude a little while ago. I think this too is true. As long as you have a kind and appreciative relationship with your own body, it will serve you well. If you do not trust your body to protect itself, illness becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. Ironically, the stress which comes from worrying about getting sick can weaken your immune system.

I find the "branding" aspect of the meaning of Al Hena interesting. It seems to me that the biblical "mark of the beast" (a type of brand) will either be a microchip or some kind of change in the recipient's DNA. One way to deliver the code necessary to change a person's DNA is through a virus. For decades the fundamentalist Christians have been railing against the implantable microchip as the mark, but they haven't said much about a viral 666.

If the "mark of the beast" is to come in the form of a microchip, only information will be able to save you: the information that microchips are a kind of technology which can be used to track and control you. But if it comes in the form of a virus, only wisdom can save you: the wisdom that a life of faith and peace results in health. Information is a thing which has to be accumulated from outside sources, but wisdom is inborn. I did take a moment to pause and wonder why this is, why I have the immune system boosting urge.  The sugar and dairy originally started out as a candida detox program, but then things branched out to the immune system, interestingly enough.  Almost like something was going, Well, now that you're already going in that direction, here, let's throw this in there as well!   

It can't hurt, that's for sure, but there must be some ulterior reason for it.   I'm making sure to drink green tea and bottled water everyday, as well as an increase in fruits and veggies, lots of fiber, probiotics, flax seed oil and cayenne pepper capsules.  Then I found this really interesting supplement called Kyolic Aged Garlic Extract, which is a mix of Vitamin C, garlic, oregano oil extract, olive leaf extract, astralagus extract, and get this - Premium mushroom complex, including Shitake, Maitake, Reishi and more.  !  All the good Japanese 'shrooms you always find in the health food stores.   I was impressed by the ingredients.   When you open the bottle it smells like a pizza, due to the oregano.     Pretty yummy.  I figured it couldn't hurt, and would aid getting rid of anything funny I currently could have in my system. 

Stuart Wilde did mention in passing in one of his articles over the past year that we um, we might want to get our immune systems in order, because we're going to need it.  Seems the powers that be have some plans up their sleeves.  Probably seems pretty common sense to most of us here who are aware of such plots and schemes, but it is one more source saying the same thing.

But again, don't have fear, and don't stress about it, because that ends up creating the opposite effects of what you're going for.   My advise is to just take a quiet, methodical approach to getting your body in order.   Eliminate the obvious health detractors, infuse with fresh healthy organic foods, drink lots of clean water, and pop the supplements you feel will help.  Exercise, and get your mind and body in order.   That's about all one can do.

GTA gets ready for flu pandemic
If one million people ill, outbreak could cripple the region
Health officials will meet next month to discuss their plans

Every public health unit, hospital, town and city in the GTA is getting ready for a flu pandemic, officials say.

"There's a lot of things going on and have been going on for a long time," said Dr. Michael Gardam, head of infection control for the University Health Network and a key player in pandemic preparedness plans.

"I can say honestly, pandemic flu has taken up probably half my time in the last year."

Among the issues being considered are: the ability to staff hospitals, the need for triage centres to access ill people, alternative care facilities to deal with large numbers of sick people, the development of a volunteer management plan, morgue capacity and absenteeism.

"People have to realize everything we do in life will be affected by this," Gardam said yesterday.

Hospitals, nursing homes, school boards, ambulance services, business and government are working together to limit the impact of any pandemic in the GTA.Gardam said there's only so much that can be done to limit its destruction, which is why preparation is so important. And plans are being readied across the region.

In Toronto, public health officials have been discussing how to battle a pandemic since late 2002, with a pause in 2003 while the city wrestled with the SARS outbreak.

"Our job as public health officials is to make the assumption that it's going to hit," said Councillor Joe Mihevc, a member of council's board of health. "We want to be prepared."

A steering committee has been created with representatives from public health, hospitals and police and fire conducting monthly meetings. And business leaders have been alerted to the risk that a new flu virus could cause skyrocketing absenteeism, changes in demand for goods, decreased travel within the city and have other effects.

Next month, officials will hold a town hall meeting that will discuss ways of battling a possible flu outbreak.

Fears of a global outbreak have risen since the avian virus spread recently from Asia into Siberia in eastern Russia and Kazakhstan.

Health Canada, in its pandemic report released last year, estimates up to one-third of the population could fall ill and more than 50,000 people could die as a result of a pandemic.

About 1 million people in the Greater Toronto Area could fall ill, with at least 420,000 requiring medical treatment. Another 7,000 to 8,000 would need in-hospital care.

By comparison, 375 people in the GTA were sick with SARS.....
