			<description><![CDATA[<p>This looks extremely interesting.&nbsp; Simple way to make cars more efficient.&nbsp; Too bad the PTB won&#039;t go for it.&nbsp; If it could be added to an assembly line it would proabably be fairly cheap to do.&nbsp; It probably reduces emissions by a signigficant extent too.</p><p><a href="http://www.kfor.com/Global/story.asp?s=3390503">http://www.kfor.com/Global/story.asp?s=3390503</a></p><p>Kathy</p>]]></description>
