You can say that again.... but then, you have that kwazy gubanator.

The state of FL will no longer be footing the bill for Viagra perscriptions for 200+ registered sex offenders whom live in its state... it's no freaking wonder we got rogue sex toys just laying around the freeway .

And of course there's nothing funny about gov't. agencies paying for Viagra for convicted sex offenders, but there's something so irrational about it that may lend one to maniacal laughter while rolling about the floor .

It's just kwazy down here Sheesh .

Oh yeah, we heard about this on the radio yesterday... we snickered, but I guess there were some pretty pissed off travelers because I believe they shut down "Alligator Alley", this the major So. FL highway that takes folks from coast to coast.

The deejays were joking around about "if it's wrapped in tin foil, then it must be a bomb" (duct tape as it turns out), and then not so joking around about the multifaceted cost of shutting the freeway down for a, ahem, dildo.

Do you think this kind of kwazy kwap goes on on other planets? ... or are we just special? I mean, Sheesh, what's a "large fake penis" doing on Alligator Alley? Me thinks there must be one unhappy puppy somewhere down south... heehee, So. FL that is.

A large fake penis has caused a major terror alert in America.

A key highway though Florida was closed after a driver spotted what looked like a pipe bomb under an overpass.

Fearing terrorists were trying to blow up the structure, police closed Interstate 75 for an hour.

But on closer inspection police found that the 'device' was actually a foot-long plastic penis.

"Someone took construction-grade plastic, moulded it into a penis and wrapped it with duct tape," said Lee County Sheriff's Chief Deputy Charles Ferrante.

The bomb squad was brought in to handle the situation and a remote-controlled robot used to make the fake penis safe.
