I think that exposing coverups and lies about what happened in our past serves to
awaken us from the fairytales we've been told. This in turn engenders a healthy
skepticism about what we're being told, and can spur seekers to want to find out
what kind of illusions we have accepted without questioning.
However, it can take the place of inner questing by being an all consuming distraction.
Once one sees what has been going on, one can busy oneself with the minutiae of
digging up all this stuff or one can try to find out what to do about it. If anything.
But the study itself and the shocks it can give the sleeping masses are worth
something, IMO. But only those who have ears to hear will be interested in
following that white rabbit down the rabbit hole.
TP

This is probably old hat to most of you, but it reminds me of an old Steven Wright joke where he says: " I went to sleep last night, and when I woke up, everything had been replaced by an exact replica of itself!"

And of course, in Dark City, where entire blocks are just slurped up and replaced by others, along with the memories to go with it. Yeah, definitely a mind bender, and I believe that there's more to it.

Once I had an experience where things rolled in upon themselves as they happened. For a brief time, between current time perceptions (visual phenomena, auditory, etc) there was absolutely
NOTHING!

There's nothing "there" folks! It's all a self and other created illusion, literally a shared dream! That was how I felt at the time.
I was certain that some veil had been lifted for me, that I had seen beyond "things" in the world, seen how my entire brain/body/spirit complex created this world, caused me to percieve it as I did out of habit and mind contol and practice.

But if I would only LOOK, I would see that there is nothing there to look "at."

Yes indeedy do. Very scary experience. After that I knew what the Buddists meant by "the void." Literally. Scary and exhilarating all at once.

Then you see things like "Dark City" and start putting other pieces together...and who ho hoooooo!

(think aliens.) They were shown as entire things, including historical things such as cemetaries, old buildings, etc., were completely fabricated, appearing instantaneously. They were thinking either this dream was disinformation, or it was a truthful message. But talk about paranoia...ever since they told me about this dream I've been looking around at everything a little warily, have thought about history a little differently. I live in an old, historical area with a lot of historical buildings and whatnot, but now I have a new perspective. A small voice going "what if.....what if none of it is real?....what if it is all manufactured?? what if there IS no history as we think we know it????....ahh!!!" A little like "The Matrix" I guess. Sometimes I do wonder....

Thanks all. Stephen, I just finished Bramley's Gods of Eden and began Old Testament because of this. I'm surprised to see Bramley's info has background in Old Testament and also has lots of links to Quran, which I read before. I dont know about Dr. Horn's book, I'll try to find it, thanks.

Sedna, great questions in your message! I began to realize there are some warnings/in depth infos about alternative realities in holy books - rather than "don't come closer, we are chosen" message. These books may even be telling us about some alternative/parallel earth stories. But, as flamingsnail says, you have to filter a lot background noise to reach these.

Speaking of noise, there is clear reference to cymatics in Old Testament. David's people crashes city walls by screaming and playing some horns! Vibration energy I suppose..

Somewhere on Crytsalinks is a reference to the Dogon tribe of Africa, who
knew of the exact distance, I believe it was, of the Dogstar, and had it all mapped out, in their terms, long ago, claiming that this was where they originated and that they communed with their brothers on that planet. Now, some of this could be wrong, I don't recall, but I bet if you do a search on that site you'll come up with something.

Oral histories hold hints of hidden happenings and unknown events, in all cultures. I've not found them together in one source, but I haven't really looked. So many aboriginal cultures have claimed that they were visited by celestial beings, yet no one believes them. It will be tough for us to gather and cross reference this kind of information, and there with be tar pits of disinformation. But I believe you could piece together some kind of chart showing origins, locations, and events, and you would find so many parallels that it would be impossible to deny. For sure, even old-hat stuff is still kept under lock and key, because only with the knowledge hidden can TPTB remain in power and make money. But who cares? The knowledge will be cool when we bust loose, and people will need some sort of guide or clue.

A book called "Celtic Art" by George Bain holds a cultural relationship between peoples as diverse as Northern Europeans, Africans, Indians,
Native Americans, Tibetans, and more. The same designs, some of the same stories, are found in far flung zones of the globe, linking them all together, suggesting many different theories as to this "hundredth monkey" like phenomena. Yet all of these cultures involved direct gnosis, making it harder to understand "how they did that." Try copying a single Celtic knot design, and you understand that these people had vast intelligences, maze- like mystery systems, and intricate initiations into the unknown. Yet the simplicity of the created belies the intricacy of the
recieved knowledge. The thorough cosmologies suggest a knowledge of what lies "out there."

Did they seek to prevent all outsiders from entering into their secret chambers? Or did they warn us all of the current realities, and alternate realities? Perhaps only they can tell us....if we dare to ask them!

I agree that the holy books have some pieces that fit together quite well.

Of course gaining knowledge to be ready and informed before we punch out is definitely a common goal. Intuition can be a very good tool to use as a sort of "BS filter" as I like to put it. Unfortunately, intuition can also be falliable at times. Sigh.....I suppose it is probably better to have the good info with the bad than to have none at all.

For me, I've been basically turned off of the religious books entirely at this point as I find the information they give is mixed up/occluded and there seems to be a high noise ratio.

What makes you believe that the "holy books" account of history is any more truthful than what you already know? I am of the opinion that none of the sources are completey true. It is too likely that all sources have been tampered with throughout history. I have a feeling that there are bits of truth scattered through all the sources, but it is very difficult to piece back together.

As for alternative sources of history, sorry I can't help with that. Unfortunately, any source you find will undoubtedly be biased by the author, and you are just as likely to come across disinformation as you are to find useful info.
