Flinter, yes I have personal experience with a lot of essential oils. I have a whole collection
thanks to a friend of mine who used to import essential oils from France and other places.
I've used a few and have become acquainted with some of their effects. Mostly I get my
information out of textbooks and by experimenting.
Essential oils come in various strengths. The expensive ones are generally not available
full strength, because middle men will take some and dilute it before passing it on.
Sandalwood is a good example. The closest I've gotten to the real stuff is from the Krishna
people who use it internally as a cleansing/purifying ritual. All of the santalwood (its real name)
trees in India are owned by the Indian government. They take thirty years to mature.
The highest quality santalwood is obtained from older trees' roots.
These oils, when close to pure have a vibration and life of their own, unlike the
synthetics which mimic these but have no life.

Thank you. TP. I hate the "essential" oil label. Or the
"aromatheorpy" label. Kinda like "organic", that phrase is/has been co-opted. Great info in you response. Do you have personal experience with these oils?

Flinter, thanks for that clarification.
Essential oils can be of extreme benefit. I've used oil of oregano in capsules before. Even clove
oil in capsules (make your own with empties). There are many books out on essential oils,
but avoid the airy fairy aromatherapy books written by lonely housewives and go for the
textbooks. Any book on herbs can provide the same information, just translate it into more
potent essential oil. However, a lot of essential oils are obtained using solvents which are not
good for you to ingest. The higher the price and the more reputable the supplier, the better
in most cases. Tisserand and Aroma Vera are two good producers. Most will say do not take
internally (just to cover their rears). Barefoot Doc may be able to shed some light on the
vibrational medicine. I guess you are referring to Royal Rife machines and radionics. That
area is one that I know very little about.
Risen, if you've ever played in a sandbox, gone barefoot or played in the dirt, you probably
have parasites. They are also available on your vegetables and anything you eat raw.
What fun, eh?

Tom Paine, I think that Colin Wilson wrote "The Mind Parasites". An excellent read. Heinlein's "Puppet Masters" is one of his jouvenile SF novels... all of which I enjoy due to Heinlein's characters.
Hulda Clark seems to be the leader in the physical parasite side. I have not yet tried any of her products, I would prefer to make my own. The lemon oil (in fact all the "essential" oil's are facinating in this way. I wish I could find a reference book on medicinal uses of oil. It'd be a fun thing to cold press my own oils.
Then the big question remains, is there a link between Psychic parasites and biologicals. That's the real biggie...to me. That bridge may exist in the new (and not so new...but suppressed) area of vibrational medicine. That's why I asked about the book Sanctuary.

You know, its weird. I was just thinking about parasites today and now I stumble across this thread. Had to be that way, I suppose. Luckily I'm already taking Cayenne. However, now I'm considering adding Oil of Oregano to my supplement list, and perhaps trying the Clove treatment. I'm just thinking since they were on my mind, it might be an issue. Everyone has some parasites, I'm sure, right?

Good post, good addition to this thread.
Clove is used to kill eggs in the intestines. To kill adults of a lot of parasites you
use wormwood (check that name!) and black walnut hulls (tincture) Refer to the
Hulda Clark work on this. There's a whole regimen you have to do for the initial
cleanup and then you basically go on a maintenance regimen for the rest of your
life. The only way to take the clove is to get whole cloves and grind them up in
a grinder or buy fresh ground cloves at a health food store. You can take them in
capsules or just swallow the powder and chase it with water or something.
But they all have to be taken at the same time or the big 'uns keep laying eggs.

Another aspect to this subject is this: Are many of our "allergies" caused by
the parasites we carry?

I read a pamphlet about systemic Candida infections, published by RENEW LIFE. The pamphlet claimed that candida yeast, especially as it overgrows, release formaldehyde and alcohols into the bloodstream (as metabolic waste).

Meaning that, a person with candida overgrowth could literally be walking around "drunk" from the yeast's metabolites.

Physical parasites must have metabolic waste products, too; and, when a person has a high number of parasites, who knows what kinds of psychoactive chemicals they release. (I'll have to check out the links posted).

Ah, by the way, CLOVE is also helpful in treating parasites--although, I understand, clove is only effective at killing adult parasites (not eggs).

Hi Flinter,
Your post is definitely ON topic, because after you've cleaned out your body,
you have to clean out your mind. I think your example is a very good analogy
of what really goes on in our psyche's. And it gives us a good visualization tool
in order to even think about such things. We may all have these attachments
that we've been carrying around unconsciously. When you think of who the
real you is, whom do you choose?
I never read Heinlein's book The Mind Parasites. Didn't have to. The title says
it all. Once you become aware of the 3D creatures that try to hitch a ride on/in
us what about those that we can't see with a microscope?

Funny you should mention Heinlein in this regards.

To me the most terrifying parasite is something I call the an "ego slug". I envision our "upbringing", our "education" and our (so called) "culture" as being processes that generate these little nasties in our psychi. When enough have formed, the slugs swarm. Keep in mind that a swam acts as one unified creature. This swarm, we call an ego.

Perhaps I should say "I" call the ego.

The tie to Heinlein is that I took the phrase "slug" from his book "Puppet Masters", in which he envisioned a parasite that took control of the human host and controlled that hose for their own purposes, submerging the consciousness (the Self) to the back seat.

We spend much of our lives trying to find that Self.

Well, at least some of us do. Well, OK, very, very few of us do. LOL.

Anyhow, it's kinda silly, I know. But it helps me to visualize... which is an important step. It also helps to have named the "enemy". Naming is an important step.

As I self observe, I will try to individualize my behaviors, feelings, actions... and mentally try extract the source... the slug. A process kind of like seperating an it from the swarm.

And I'll keep that bastard in my consiousness and beat the hell out of it.

At least I got one of the bastards!

I know this is a bit off topic, from the intent of your initial post. But, hey, this is my first real post.... so I had to start somewhere.

One question, if I may. Have you (or anyone) ever read the book "Sanctuary"? It posits that the physical parasites (the ones you DO mean to be discussing) are actually manifestations of vibration within the our life force.

... so perhaps my post is not that far off topic.

Anyhow, it would be interesting if any of the realmers have read that book, to hear their views.

To really scare yourself silly about parasites one must get a grip of the magnitude. There are something of the order of 56 varities of hookworm. A nasty beast. Each one can change to fit in with its host unnoticed. Here's the part that causes me to get hyper-viligent, they can spread throughout the human population by food, water, dust, penetration of the foot, and it's an excellent STD. Some are rated as superior bio-weapons. Physical contact through any method can cause transference of these critters. Many strains are unknown, some cannot be cured. All can influence your decision making capacity. Be careful Czyx. You already know too much. There are 945 million cases of hookworm currently going. Wear shoes. ta.

No no, no need to apologize, I know it's been around for decades and I'm aware of all the insanity it caused way back when it was being read on the radio..... and I'm sure many of us know how the story ends....BUT, for those of us who reads the post will have the entire story in a nutshell! Even though it's not REALLY about the aliens, it's about what a man needs to do in order to ensure he and his kids survive.

I'm not REALLY young.... I'm 26

Sorry twizttid 1, but H.G. Wells wrote the book back before 1933 when Orson Wells put
on a national radio play which caused panic in the U.S. because people thought it was for real.
I mean, people jumped out of buildings thinking it was the end of the world. Then, in
1955 or so I saw the movie and it scared the bejeezus out of me.
I guess it's hard for some of us boomers to realize that some of you younguns just
got on this merry go round.
