Then, what made you write this (excellent) article if not the mind? Wasn't there a little voice inside your head speaking every word before you typed it? These questions might sound offensive, but I ask them out of couriosity. I know the "delightful" clarity that a silent mind provides... but, somehow it seems to be useful to think.

Spiritual is: "we are food for the moon", etc. Thats crap. That's empty phrases. We are food for something else (not quite organic). Stay in a half-dark room and watch with the corner of your eyes to see something(s) pitch black dashing non-stop. You need to be silent for sometime to see them. Don't take it--check it for yourself. There is this long post i posted for you some time ago--by Castaneda. About the mud shadows. This is no "New Age". It is the key reason for the human condition (obsession with the self and homisidal egomania, etc). I checked it for several years. Check it for yourself. It is the most precise, "no-bull" instruction you will ever get because it stems from Seeing Energy Directly, not interpreting, not simply intellectualising, not just being "intuitive", not being "spiritual".

You talk about "managing emotions" etc. That's good, that's strategic. Did you explore The Recapitulation (Castaneda's Magical Passes)? How long? Did you explore the seven principles of Stalking? Did you try to trim up your loose ends through The Warrior's Way (Castaneda's book 'the Wheel of Time' precepts)? All these come from SEEING energy, not from deducting or concocting "nice" spiritual system. They are treasures of magical functionality and pragmatism. Combined with the touch of the Warrior's elegance and kindness, laughter, daring and humbleness. Don't start with the first books--from The Art of Dreaming on things get deadly practical and "no-bull" instructional and functional. Lok the old books after if you wish. You have an energy double. You have an Assamblage Point. All your states, moods, perceptions and actions are dependent on the position of your Assamblage point and your Connection with your Energy Twin. It is Energetic Fact. Taoist knowledge is one of the most pragmatical and functional (no spiritual blah-blah) that ever exists, yet it will not tell you anything about the assamblage point or your twin.  It will be pity and waist these treasures to go unexplored while "popular" "partial" stuff do not really transform people much. You have these "mystics", they have several experiences and then all all of the rest of the life they preach and write about them.

The shaman is not a "mystic". He is Energy Tracker. Perceriver, Explorer.

So, when Castaneda tells you that after reaching a crucial treshold of sustaining Inner Silence (some 3min, some 10..etc) you will have access to Silent Knowledge and to ...something vibrational, etc..you go and you explore it. If it takes moths, then months. You don't just "Meditate". That's too "spiritual". You can "meditate" all life and stay the same ass you are. You sit (or walk, etc) and  you will your internal dialogue to stop. Or you do it throughout the day bombarding your inner chatter with silence. You are at war, you know what you are doing and why. You are Strategic, not just "spiritual". You attack the most crucial element of our f*cked up human condition: the inner dialogue. Your 'mind' is a foreign instalation. It "tells" you how to feel and since there is no one to challenge it it agrees with itself. Your inner dialogue, your mind, is in one with your breath, physical posture and contact with the Earth. There is no dualism between body and mind. It's all one. The dualism is between body and energy body. You cannot pretend that you are not at war because there is something external that has parasited us. The word warrior is because warrior is humble and alert. Strategical and functional. She/He expects anything and is Ready.

Something have rendered you oblivious to the fact that you have an energy body and that you are connected to everything--the moon, the earth, the stars...other beings.

If you were aware of this connection you would know that on new moon it is good to take a pause and reflect on past mistakes and past successes--what worked, what not. Accordingly you tune yourself up. You cut the unnecessary and you use the things that function. I told you you are accountant of energy. Its you who have to do the job--to become aware of how energy flows in and around you. If things didn't work means that energy stagnated somewhere, or was too much. You calibrate yourself. Castaneda says that the only worthwile goal for man is the perfection of the warrior's spirit--so you Change yourself in s m a l l   s t e p s!

On the full moon you launch your projects. So they gain full energy pottential. You are in accord with the universe. Not diconnected. Use the celestial cycles. Don't be a cut-off, "mental mystic". You have an amplification effect on full moon. If you are full of s h i t, on full moon its double and more. But you are resilent warrior, strategist. So your projects are not egotistic, so you launch them on full moon. All of the matrixmovies came out on full moon and harry potter--as close at it can be. On two occasions it was even lunar eclipse. Most of the time the full moon was briefly shown in each film. These are subversive films. these are not fairy, ScyFi, "spiritual" blah, blah. Study them, use the strategies they offer. These are alegories of our human situation right now.

You've become aware that something feeds on our emotional outbursts. Put it as a life purpose to gradually learn to laugh at the self. Connect to people. Smile at them. They are as exhausted and confused, desperate and tired as you are. Don't hurry to call them agents. We are 'poisoned' with the agent's foreign istalation so we can act like that but you have to learn to bring into people the other side--the selfless one, the shining, the radiant one. If for nothing else, then just for beauty and elegance's sake. For connection's sake. We are all connected--we need to become aware of it. The head divides us. The foreign instalation in the head, the MeMeMe inner dialogue and concerns of selfpresentation.  Look at this crop circle diagram that portraits the energy centers of the body that i posted for you here. This is no "new age", it shows and energetic fact--the fact that the head center has been tampered with. It should have circling flow but it goes like a "pendulum". This is not just a diverting, spiritual "curiosity". It is the most crucial fact about YOU. The fact that something has interfered with your natural flow of energy and has produced an anomaly that ensures selfreflection and egomania which ensure fruitful egomaniacal energy explosions to be "harvested". You know it, you feel it. It is like the movie They Live.

After the full moon comes a period where you can use the energy flow to collect things. To have things coming towards you--in abstract or practical sense--information, something due to you etc.
