Goro Adachi!

www.goroadachi.com

Goro's work involves finding the symbolisms and patterns embedded within the events that happen in our reality.   Very cool stuff!

When you get to the main page, I recommend clicking on "Etemenanki - Main Activity Area" first.   This is where you find the bulk of the site, his articles, weekly updates, and messageboard forum.   I don't agree with everything he believes, but it's still an interesting and unusual site, worth checking out.   You're bound to find something of interest there!  smile

Re: Goro Adachi!

Goro Adachi indeed!!

The following is a section from his essay that introduces his website.  I find it inspirational.
I think that here is an intelligent, insightful person who is standing up in a major way.

Enjoy!  Is it time to wake up????

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The United States, the leading world power, is methodically being dismantled. Perhaps this is the unavoidable fate of a nation that has placed the pursuit of happiness above the pursuit of truth.

At any rate, the point is this. The 21st century is a new era in which 'appearance' will collapse. It will be a time when 'truth' loses its patience. It is now time to wake up from our spiritual coma. It is time to recognize all the bullshit surrounding our lives for what it is. We have been 'played' by the game for so long. We allowed it because we have the tendency to climb down the spiritual and intellectual evolutionary ladder whenever given a chance. It is facilitated by the biological/physical aspect of our existence. It is something we have to constantly fight against. The 'enemy' is innately within us.

Do we want safety, comfort, and worldly pleasures, or do we want to know the truth? Are you one of those who are just happy to be in 'the Matrix' or are you angry as hell to be in this cage that reduces us to mere circus animals? Are you convinced that we humans are the greatest product of the universe, or are you frustrated out of your freaking mind that human knowledge is not moving forward much more quickly as it should thanks to those who unwittingly serving the 'system'? Are you satisfied to be in the role of a 'sinner' waiting to be 'saved', or are you sickened to your stomach by the idea of being reduced to a helpless monkey in need of kissing some supposed god's or his representatives' ass? Are you willing to be some illusory idol's bitch, or would you rather risk going to 'hell' so that there would at least be some shred of spirit left to be 'saved'? Are you so comfortable in the existing system that you don't want it to change, or are you more than willing to go through trying times of destruction/transition in order to get closer to the truth? Aren't you tired of pretending to be a stupid ape just so that you can 'fit in' when you know you can be much more? Don't you want to live in a place where true intelligence or knowledge is encouraged instead of ignorance, conformity, appearance, physicality, and majority opinion?

It's the beginning of the 21st century for god's sake. It's about time we - at least some of us - decided that we had just about enough of the bullshit that plagues mankind and the planet. The 'game' is stupid and it is getting old. It is about time that we stopped playing it. Some people/generations are chronically dumb and it is probably best that they be left alone. But for the rest of us, it is time to start thinking about marching into the next 'New World' and forming a mentality and community of the truth, by the truth, and for the truth. It is time to re-ignite the fire of imagination and creativity - the long-lost essence of who we are.

F**k survival of the fittest. F**k convention. F**k rules. F**k popularity. F**k happiness. F**k words. F**k money. F**k so-called religion. F**k academia. F**k specialization. F**k linearity. F**k evil. F**k good. F**k imitation. F**k limitation. F**k realism. F**k reality.

Truth - now this deserves respect.

Re: Goro Adachi!

I can't help but wonder whether some of the synchronistic connections Goro writes about are induced by Goro himself. The chances of that are slim, but I know from personal experience that synchronicities appear where my attention is focused, they can be highly personalized, and they are taylored to what I find meaningful. While reading his latest post tonight I pondered once more the same question but with a new twist that goes like this:

1) synchronicities precede learning events
2) Goro observes and learns from synchnicities
3) therefore, synchronicities lead to learning, learning induces precursor synchronicities, these synchronicities lead to more learning, more learning induces more precursor synchronicities...ad infinitum.

Sounds to me like some type of resonance, like holding up a mirror to another mirror. Not sure if it means anything, it's just a thought that occured to me while visiting Etemenanki.

Re: Goro Adachi!

I agree with Lyra that I don't necessarily agree with or believe everything Goro says, but I think the guy is an extremely talented writer.  One can't help but read his stuff and be amazed at how he links it all together.

But have any of you ever tried to talk to him?  Whew!  What a ego.  Very defensive.  Nevertheless, I read his material as now and then he ignites a spark in me and I go a-searching.

Enlightenment happens!  Attachment to the ego-self leads one into delusion; but faith in one's Buddha nature leads one to enlightenment.

I think that Goro may be providing connections and meanings where otherwise a connection may not have been made consciously.

I do think that meaningful understanding can have an effect on physical reality.

Also, the effect could be amplified by hundreds or thousands of people visiting and paying attention to the writings and images on the web site.

I would suggest anyone read this article Stargate Cipher 2012 - Athens Olympics, Contact, Life On Mars, Holy Grail, Ultra Technology & Mayan Calendar By Goro Adachi - Oct 23, 2004 in order to realize the interconnectedness of many symbolic events and themes within society.

I can't wait to read the rest of the articles .  .  .

Re: Goro Adachi!

I recently went back to Goro's site to see what was new. I read his latest port and I must say I really dont get it any longer.

I felt bad - like maybe I am just too out of touch, but he had this article: http://www.goroadachi.com/etemenanki/ge … lation.htm

I really didnt see the significance? Can any of you help me here - this really looked like randoms connecting with an occasional peice of continuity. I just dont see how this is significant.

I had read Goro for some time, and really felt like all his connections were after the fact, as opposed to seeing anything groundbreaking. I wish this werent the case though....

This particular piece you have referenced will require an intimate understanding of many themes from all the other articles as he pieces them together in such a 'shotgun' fashion which would require one to immediately 'retrieve' and understand many of the previous pieces.

I had read Goro for some time, and really felt like all his connections were after the fact, as opposed to seeing anything groundbreaking. I wish this werent the case though....

It's not just you...I realized recently that I don't even go to the Goro site anymore, versus how I used to go there on a regular basis and had all his major articles and good blog entries printed out in a 3 ring binder.   I realized I can't follow along anymore or keep up.  At first I thought maybe I was just dumb, or lazy or something, maybe I wasn't trying hard enough.  But when I looked closer I realized it's all a bit convoluted.   Not everybody will agree with me - and I don't offer my opinion up as a point of debate - but as a long time Goro reader I can say with certainty that there is a big difference in his material now, versus even a year ago.   Some of the changes imo are good - he's got more graphics capabilities now, more tools at his disposal to seek out patterns in the chaos and "stuff lining up."  But at the same time something is missing. There’s all these charts and graphs, but not enough substance filling it in or something.   I look at the Stargate 2012 3-part article and the Lucifer Timecode piece, and there was so much meaty information to be found in those pieces, he really packed it all in there, and it was the kind of stuff that kept making you have to sit back in your chair and go "whoa.......!"   It was just that good.   Now, I'm not seeing that sort of thing on there anymore.   The other possibility might have to do with the fact that he's now funneling a lot of his good information and discoveries over into his "Super Torch Ritual Underground (STRUG)" section........which is a paid subscription-only section.  I signed up and paid the $13 when STRUG first started, and considered my $13 to be a contribution to Goro, and wasn't worried whether STRUG was going to be worthwhile or not.  I've gotten enough good stuff out of Goro's site since 2002 that the donation was worth it either way, imo.   The subscription lasts for 3 months, but I didn't get around to renewing it.  So maybe that's where all the meaty information is now.  I know that Goro's material was blatantly being stolen by somebody and passed off as their own, which necessitated having to start a paid subscription section in order for readers to get the best information.  So who knows.

And as an aside, I can't help but mentioning how every time I see the title

"Damage Plan 2:
Alchemical Inferno
Hidden Path of Thor's Hammer"

...I just crack up.   When I read that I always imagine the voice of that dude who narrates all the movie trailers.  You guys know who I'm talking about, I'm sure!  big_smile  I read it in my mind in a deep, overly dramatic voice.  That title just takes itself WAY too seriously!  big_smile

On a side note, it's funny to note that I also no longer visit the Ellie Crystal site or keep up with the Stuart Wilde site either, and those were also sites I'd always check out regularly.  Stuie stopped writing stuff for the longest time anyway, which partially explains it.  But his last A-list write up that went out......I didn't understand it at all.  I couldn't even finish reading it.  !  And I'm someone who has his writings printed out in a binder too, and own four of his books.  So who knows, maybe it's me, or maybe it's not.   Then with regards to Ellie Crystal, her blog seems to have run out of steam, and even she's admitted that all the stuff she used to write about is tired now, that it's time to move forward.  Like how much can you keep writing about the same metaphysical stuff, 365 days a year, year in and year out, you know?

So it is a little weird when one starts dropping all their favorite websites one by one.   !

Can't say that the thought even crossed my mind.  Not only did I not watch the Superbowl, I've gotten so out of touch with things (at least with sports, because I NEVER follow it...) that it took me a few minutes to grasp that it was "Superbowl Sunday" on Sunday when I was perusing the 'net.  It wasn't clicking.  Like, the term "superbowl" in itself wasn't registering.  !!  The memory of "superbowl" finally emerged like this murky, far away memory.  That's trippy, but kind of exciting too.  I like being out of touch with that sort of thing.  wink  I like the fact that I actually managed to forget what the Superbowl is and had to pull the hazy memory up.  But as far as Goro's interpretation, in all honesty I'm thinking "Who cares?"  It's not relevant to anything.  I also don't keep up with his site anymore, for the reasons noted in my last post in this thread.

But that's just me.  Maybe others are breathlessly gripping the edge of their seat, waiting ernestly for Goro's interpretation of "Superbowl Halftime."

We used to have a joke here on this end like if we're playfully poking fun of Goro, and it involved "Janet Jackson NippleGate" from that one Superbowl years back, because dude just took that symbolism and RAN with it for like a full two years after!  Every write up or blog Goro did after that seemed to include at least one pic of Janet and her boob and Justin Timberlake looking down at her all shocked.  It was Goro's "obligatory NippleGate Superbowl" mention.  wink
