I would have to lean towards disagreement with that. Consider this. The situation is most probably not so easily divided into the two perfect polarities: Us and Them. - Them being our government or whoever would have been responsible for 'steering' (or engineering) Katrina and Us being any potential victims (or actual victims). My information (partially retrieved from the Bearden site and his insight on who has the potential to control devastationg weather) is that there are in fact several entities throughout the world who now have this luxury of conjouring and/or manipulating globally catastrophic weather - be they malevolent governments of foreign nations or rogue military forces of those nations - whatever.

This being the case, I imagine that there could easily be some hidden global power who would use this weapon on our homeland (acting alone) OR in a concerted effort with only the utmost elite ranks within our own government, military or those controlling them.

Which brings me to my next thought - that those at such an elite worldly level could very easily be assumed to be working towards 'something even bigger'. What this would be is just so speculative that it could be laughable, but here goes anyway.

What I propost is that those working at this level (one of the highest of worldly 'elite' levels) are trying to keep vibratory frequency in a very low fear-based or even traumatic level. Now imagine what it is probably like inside these areas where they are bussing people to for shelter.

Can you begin to imagine the levels of negative energy this place must be churning out? And it's supposed to last how long!? I smell design.

Absolutely.   In fact......................earlier on the other Katrina thread, Marcus kept mentioning the snipers and looters who were shooting at the helicopters that were there to try to rescue everybody, as well as shooting at the hopsital workers trying to evacuate sick / dying people and trying to get medicine and supplies.  I mean, they were shooting at the very people who are there to HELP them. 

Marcus kept saying that something is really weird here, this isn't right, what's going on, and at first when I was reading his words I wasn't getting what he was hinting at.  Not until I got home did it click.

There are snipers on the roofs shooting at the medical convoys.

There are gunmen mixed in the crowds shooting at the evacuation helicopters.

They are preventing help from coming in.  They are preventing people from getting out.

ding ding ding.

I know, I'm so quick that it took me over an hour to "get" what Marcus was driving at.     But I get it now.    Boy do I get it now, and it was quite alarming to realize what's really going on down there.

Who are these snipers and gunmen who are purposely interfering with this situation coming to a quick end?    Sleeper agents?   Regular agents?  I don't know.   But there are people down in New Orleans who have caused this situation to be dragging out much longer than it needed to;  people have now died because of their interference, evacuation efforts had to be aborted, and people were left sitting there, and as the headlines are now screaming, it's nightfall and it's now "total anarchy" in New Orleans. Something is trying to get as many people as possible to die down there.  Something does not want them to get out.   That's it, put bluntly.

There are greater forces having an absolute FIELD DAY down there, TOTAL feed fest going on right now.

To add to the conspiracy,  HAARP was active Aug 24-30 repeating every day a sequence of pulsations that look like this:

You can see it on the lower left of the chart. This same pattern appeared daily going back to Aug 25, with Aug 24 being a test day. Go to the HAARP waterfall chart to see these previous charts if you're curious. 

Also, the magnetometer at the HAARP facility which measures earth's magnetic field went off the charts right before Katrina jumped to cat 4 and 5, this being due to a large solar flare that whacked our magnetosphere. Then, around Aug 30th this chart stopped recording (same time NR went down due to a freak power outage at the server company), and when it resumed it's fluctuating wildly once more due to further solar activity. Lastly, two weeks ago I had dreams four nights in a row about heavy timeline changes. All involved time travel, timeline alteration, how 4D beings view our linear timeline as a constellation of space-time bubbles that can be switched around, etc...  Well the very first dream I had put me into the pilot seat of something responsible for editing the timeline. I was shown a holographic model of an event that would be used as a template to merge into the 3D timeline. Then I found myself experiencing what it was like to integrate this template into the greater reality -- it's like swooshing around file folders in a 3D holographic computer desktop in a very complicated pattern. What was the template? It was a scene of a house being swept away by a raging flood high enough to reach the roof.

How many of these dreams have you had, now? Like that? And were you lucid?

I saw this too. I was imagining it earlier wondering if that happened . . . I even described to someone.

There have been rumours circulating that Bush has refused help from other countries. Until a few minutes ago, I had no credible confirmation of this. Read this excerpt, then click on link for full article.

"Prime Minister Paul Martin telephoned President George W. Bush to offer Canadian sympathy and support.

"If you need help, just ask and we'll be there," he told Bush today in a 15-minute phone call that was to have been a sharp discussion of the softwood lumber dispute but instead became a call of sympathy and condolence.

Martin said Bush didn't ask for help, but predicted he will.

"They're in the process of trying to put all the co-ordination together and they're going to take us up on it," the prime minister said in Edmonton.

"They're trying to determine their needs right now."

The Canadian military put troops on standby and prepared to load a ship with gear and equipment. The Canadian Red Cross was sending a team of 100 to 200 experienced disaster workers to bolster the American Red Cross staff in the region.

What I find most astonishing is that "they're trying to determine their needs right now"  WTF. Ok, maybe it's a coordination problem, but there really out to be much faster response than this. I simply cannot believe what I've been seeing.

And this is the Governor's statement regarding other security issues:

"They have M-16s and they're locked and loaded," Gov. Kathleen Blanco said of 300 National Guard troops who landed in New Orleans fresh from duty in     Iraq. "These troops know how to shoot and kill, and they are more than willing to do so, and I expect they will."

These troops know how to shoot and kill and are more than WILLING to do so????????  Didn't we have numerous discussions regarding soldiers being trained to shoot their own citizens?
