Recently came across this...

"Occult Theocracy by Lady Queenborough aka Edith Starr Miller. This is a 700-page look at many secret societies and masonic movements of the last several centuries. The book is out-of-print and extremely rare; used copy was available a few weeks ago for about $380 but now that one is gone too."
