Topic: Moving past Step 2

I wrote this as an introduction to these concepts for some open minded people I know, as well as an expression of my understanding of reality at this time, and my intention to move past step 2.  I'ts a little scatterbrained, but some am I.

The flyers as described by carlos castenada are our parasites.  These are no ordinary parasites, they are super inteligent and exist in a dimension that we can't perceive.  Yet they are there.  In this place they may suck our energy dry like vampires while we don't even have a clue that they exist.  It is also incorrect to refer to them as our parasites because they created, or engineered us I should say to serve the purpose of a human cattle.  Really we are their hosts.  So while humans live off cows milk and sometimes their flesh, so to do our parasites feed off of us.  Where dairy cattle are caged in and strapped down to milking machines (corporate farms)  we are caged in our parasites office buildings, and strapped down by the worries of the day.  Our cattle are in metal cages.  They have built us cages out of their money system, class strife, neighbor against neighbor, religion against religion, even sports fan vs. sports fan.  We even ask for our cages in the form of government,  police, and office jobs.  They are a very smart group indeed to convince us to cage ourselves in.

There are those that are free of their corporate farms, but as long as we exist on their planet, we are at risk of being their food.   There may be a few ways for us to brush this menace away, a very challenging task indeed when we have never “seen”  any proof that they exist.  The only way I have found that can possibly repel our parasitic owners, and that is to make yourself unappetizing.  Just as humans acquire a certain taste for certain foods (try eating bugs for lunch, some people do)  our hosts have grown to love the taste of negative human energy, that their very uncomfortable and unkind system generates.  They most love you when you express anger, hatred, sadness, loneliness for with those things they can eat your energy all day.   If your energy of the day is positive though, they will most likely go on to another who has just lost their mother, or has just found out a one night stand has turned into a pregnancy, or that they lost their job, or their money at the casino last night when they were drunk.

If they begin to see someone with a coat of energy that is getting bigger our superinteligent parasites will begin to fret.  A being with energy is dangerous to them, and may actually have the energy to figure them out!  A scary thought indeed for something that has been carelessly feeding off it's superengineered food source, for that food source to begin to notice its got a big dark monster on its back!  “Ahhhh.. get it off” .  They do not like positive energies, so much so that they will not eat a persons even to prevent them from gaining the energy for exploring the truth and finding them out.  These beings do not exist in the physical realm, but feed off our energies that bleed into their etheric realm.  It would be something like if you were walking in a  muddy river and couldn't see that under the surface giant nasty leeches were latching onto your legs.  Only these leeches are smart, they not only convince us in some way to stay in the water, but also plant thoughts in our mind so we are to scared to stick our head under and see “Holy crap their's big nasty leeches sucking me dry!!”

I propose some of their tactics to prevent us from gaining too much energy:

Step 1.  They have constructed one of the most intelligent control systems that ever existed.  The best thing about it, is that in our 3d world it doesn't exist!!!  Well then were the hell is it!  It's in our minds.  It's what the movie the matrix was trying to wake us up too.   We live in a place where humans are capable of near anything if they have the energy, and purity to do it.  Why aren't people accomplishing these things, because the world that exists in their minds does not allow it.  Our Parasites, beings whose  intelligence is not limited by the physical restrictions of our physical minds are brilliant.  They have created governments, societies, economic systems, religions, all with a purpose to pose man against man.   For while we fight our brothers in this existence, we will not have time to pull our heads out of our asses long enough to even realize the real enemy is riding us into battle like horses to fight wars that shouldn't even exist.  These systems all designed to create a mass of negative energy that they can munch on all day like a free American buffet.  Bravo, my parasites, I have to give you some respect in your cunning.  Should the human begin to ignore the petty issues that they realize don't even really affect them, they may begin to notice the truth, which brings us to step two.

Step 2.  Personal attacks,  They won't eat our positive energy, so they need us to make it negative.  Positive in energy we are a meal of yucky tofu that they won't touch, but negative we are a nice juicy steak.  So they get to work in the only way they can as they don't exist in our physical reality, they mess with our minds!  “I'm fat”  they might say, or one of their other ingeinous lines “I'm ugly” , “I'm going to lose all my money” , “I'm going to fail”  “I think my girlfriend is cheating on me”    “I'm so lonely” .   When we bite on one of their little suggestions it's off to the races,  they only thing they care about is how quickly you go from that yucky positive tofu to a scrumptious negative steak that they can snack on until you have so little energy left all you can do is nothing!I propose some of their tactics to prevent us from gaining too much energy:   Nothing they would think, “Yay, another threat mitigated”   Back to programing our global oppression units, George Bush and Osama bin Ladin, and the rest!

Step 3.  Bring in the physical attacks.  If you begin to resist their mental attacks they will be forced to resort to reinforcements.   If they can't warp your mind they will warp the minds around you turning your best friend into your worst enemy.   A horrible thing to do to someone but we are their cattle and they will not tolerate any disturbances in the herd.  As humans how can we expect good treatment, weh we (especially on corporate farms) express little regard for the animals who we raise to eat.  Just look at how veal is made and I won't need to further explain.

Step 4.  They may bring their probes into our reality, to shut you down.  There are many aspects of our reality that science has failed to perceive.   These beings can come to us in magic, as demons, as aliens, etc.   Some of these visits are purely illusionary, some probes actually have physical reality.  They may control these probes in a similar way to how they control your brothers who have not yet realized some of the voices in their heads aren't really theirs.

Step 5.  Could be before or after Step 3.  Serious physical interaction.  If you attract a high enough level of attention in a quest through the truth, then they will need to resort to destruction of their livestock, being you.  It is a sad day when a Rancher has to put down one of its cattle, but it just wouldn't play along it wouldn't stay inside of the fence.   The Rancher was required to call in one of the ranch hands, put it's cattle down.  It's a loss of a possibly delicious meal, but they just couldn't take the risk.   You were infected by positivity, and like a virus it might of spread, from you to others wiping out entire herds that would need be put down with a gigantic event, like a war, famine, flood, meteor, tsunami.

I have only made it to step 2 on the parasite list of tactics to bring me down.  However today I am standing up and fighting back.  On to step 3 a possibly perilous step to endure.  I am going to carry myself out of the hole they dug me into, and begin once again my pursuit of the truth.

Next:  How to fight back from step 2.

Re: Moving past Step 2

All I have to offer is what I personally do.  It works for me but that's all I can claim.

I still produce semi-desirable energy because I get irritated with this reality (more like ground chuck instead of steak).  I've been working on balancing that for awhile now.  But anyway, there's the old serenity prayer.  "God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; the courage to change the things I can; and the wisdom to know the difference."

For me, there is no fighting back.  I don't see it as necessary.  It's not a "giving in" as might be initially thought.  The situations no longer require emotional learning.  When a situation no longer creates an emotional charge then no food is produced.  The emotion is still remembered and can be felt if desired.  But, it's not necessary and may not even be desirable given the current overall matrix situation.

Energy is the quantum soup that the physical universe is made of.  The more you have the more "presense" you have.  The more density and gravity.  And if you can change over from negative to positive then you won't have to worry about saving energy ever again.  At that point, you can just give out all the positive energy and be given it right back from the source.  But anyway, before that change is complete I found it's best to save energy by refusing to engage emotionally in situations that we have already got what we need from them.  The saved energy gives a stronger sense of will.  The will can be used to save more energy.  And a snowball effect is created.

Add in all the other variables like awareness, multi-perspectives, intent and wisdom; and you can waltz right to the external non-personal attacks.  I haven't figured out how to stop these yet.  Usually they are just minor annoying coincidences that give longevity to what has in the past been situations that produced negative emotional reactions.  I suppose patience is the strategy to use at this point.  At some point, they will have to get tired of the diminishing returns on their energy investment and leave me alone completely.

Another thing that helps me balance the equation is attempting to fully realize and embody the concept of my "free-will" and all that entails.

--The attacks on me didn't go in the order described above.  I had emotional and physical first.  Then when I beat that they tried personal.  Now it's to the point of just non-personal vectored attacks.  These would be like what can be found with general law but with that added coincidental touch to them.  A calling card of sorts.--

Re: Moving past Step 2

What was really important in my message above for me was the knowlege.  The idea that my negativity, that which has torn me down over the years and stifled me, could be a purposeful creation by something that is not me.  That the voice in my mind that beats me up for my mistakes could possibly not be coming from me.  Fighting back here is not so much fighting them as resisting their manipulations, not participating in their control mechanisms.  If you don't go along with their control mechanisms, they no longer have the ability to control you.

I also agree that the more you resist the more energy you build up with which to resist, the snowball effect.

Re: Moving past Step 2

I urge you to read The Voice of Knowledge by don Miguel Ruiz.

Excerpt:
The Liar That Lives
in Your Head
How to change your life for the better by refusing to believe 'the voice of knowledge.'

By don Miguel Ruiz with Janet Mills

Adapted from "The Voice of Knowledge" by don Miguel Ruiz, published by Amber-Allen.

Before we were born, a whole society of storytellers was already here. The storytellers who were here before us taught us how to be human. First they told us what we are–a boy or a girl–then they told us who we are, and who we should or shouldn't be. They taught us how to be a woman or how to be a man. They told us to be a proper woman, a decent woman, a strong man, a brave man. They gave us a name, and they told us the role we would play in their story. They prepared us to live in the human jungle, to compete with one another, to impose our will, to fight against our own kind. They filled us with knowledge, and of course we believed them. From the storytellers around us, we learned how to create our own story.

By exploring the story that we create, I discovered that the story has a voice. You can call it "thinking" if you want. I call it "the voice of knowledge" because it's telling you everything you know. It's always trying to make sense out of everything. That voice is always there. It never stops. It's not even real, but you hear it. You can say, "Well, it's me. I'm the one who is talking." But if you are the voice that is talking, then who is listening?

The voice of knowledge can also be called the liar who lives in your head. The liar speaks in your language, but your spirit, the truth, has no language. You just know truth; you feel it. The voice of your spirit tries to come out, but the voice of the liar is stronger and louder and it hooks your attention almost all of the time. You hear the voice, and what is it telling you? "Look at you. Who do you think you are? You will never make it. You aren't smart enough. Why should I try? Nobody understands me. How can I be happy when millions of people are dying of starvation?"

That voice is usually lying because it's the voice of what you have learned, and you have learned so many lies, mainly about yourself. The voice of knowledge can come from your own head, or it can come from people around you, but your emotional reaction to that voice is telling you, "I'm being abused." Every time we judge ourselves, find ourselves guilty, and punish ourselves, it's because the voice in our head is telling us lies. Every time we have a conflict with our parents, our children, or our beloved, it's because we believe in lies, and they believe in them, too.

But it's not just that. When we believe in lies, we cannot see the truth, so we make thousands of assumptions and we take them as truth. One of the biggest assumptions we make is that the lies we believe are the truth! For example, we believe that we know what we are. When we get angry we say, "Oh, that's the way I am." When we get jealous: "Oh, that's the way I am." But is this true? I'm not sure about that. I used to make the assumption that I was the one who said all those things that I didn't want to say. It was a big surprise when I discovered that it was not me; it was the way I learned to be. And I practiced and practiced until I mastered that performance.

Two thousand years ago one of the greatest masters said, "And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." Free from what? From the storyteller who lives in your head and talks to you all the time. I no longer have that voice in my head, and I can assure you that it's wonderful. When the voice in your head finally stops talking, you experience inner peace.

That voice has been in control of your head for so many years, and no, it won't give up just because you want it to leave you alone. But at least you can challenge it by not believing what it tells you. If you follow these two rules, all the lies that come from the voice of knowledge won't survive your skepticism and will simply disappear.

Rule number one: Don't believe yourself. Listen to your story, but don't believe it because now you know that it's mostly fiction. When you hear the voice in your head, don't take it personally. You know that it's usually lying to you. Listen and ask if it's speaking the truth or not. Lies can only survive if you believe them. If you don't believe your own lies, you can make better choices based on truth.

Rule number two: Don't believe anybody else. You know that if you lie to yourself, surely other people lie to themselves. And if they lie to themselves, they will lie to you also. When people talk, you have no idea if what they are saying is coming from their heart or from the liar who lives in their head. Listen to other people tell their story, but don't believe them. You know that it's just a story that is only true for them, but listen because the communication can be wonderful.

You can change your life by refusing to believe your own lies. Start with the main lies that limit the expression of your happiness and your love. If you take your faith away from the lies, they lose their power over you. Then you can recover your faith and invest it in different beliefs. If you stop believing in lies, your whole life changes just like magic. You will be free of fear, drama, and conflict. This is the absolute truth, and I cannot put it more simply than that.

Re: Moving past Step 2

Hi Capitan

So what you are suggesting is that our 'hosts' are _not_ reptilian but instead 'rods'?

_WHY_ do these beings feed off of negitively oriented energy only?

I understand that they would be percieved as 'superintelligent' enough to create our 'cattle reality' for the whole world. But I wonder whether it was some _lack_ of intelligence which caused them to not rely on themselves alone for their energy source and whether it would even be possible for them to do so. And why they would allow their 'cattle' to be given the opportunity to create any other kind of energy besides that which they desire.

I am as is Void.

Re: Moving past Step 2

First of all, Thank you soloflecks, that book seems to be very applicable to the point I was trying to make.  I will definately give it a try.

Xenopope:  We are the hosts, the parasites would be the flyers/lizzies/predators of the 4d.  I believe from what I have put together that this world was created as some what of a garden, where peaceful beings could feed off of the energy generated by humans in a somewhat stable manner similar to humans feeding off of the fruit of a tree.

THen the dark beings came.  They drove off the original creators of earth lack a pack of ravenous wolves.  I don't really understand vibrations, but they could or much prefered a negative energy compared to what humans at the time produced.  These dark beings began teaching humans competition and strife to help us generate they energies they required.  The dark beings feed off humans less like a man walking through a forest and picking from an apple from a tree, and more like they have taught corporate humanity to be.  Bulldose the forest, plant the crop, fertilize the hell out of it, and suck it dry.  A perfect match of efficiency and greed.

There system to keep us generating their food is the matrix.   The part of the matrix I am refering too above is the artificial restraints we have in our minds.  Society is an assembly line to program negative thougths into our heads.  The exerpt by soloflec's goes a long way to describing what I am talking about.

I don't think there is much that is out of the dark beings abilities as they are outside of time.  They can move forwards or backwards in time to manipulate events to culminate as they see fit.

I have had a great deal of struggle with removing the "voice of knowlege" from my head, and have only been able to do so consitently for about 8 days total.  What I have noticed is that despite restricting yourself from thougt, you seem to know things, many in much more detail then when you think in words.   You cannot convey the messages in words that you are thinking about as words don't have the descriptive capability to convey the detail and depth of what is in your head.  If nothing else, stopping the voice in your head from saying anything is a neat expereince to test out for a day.

Re: Moving past Step 2

These parasites, are they the same as the 'macrobes' that Michael Tsarion mentions in his Atlantis lecture? The concept is similar afaik. I think Gurdjeff wrote something about storing energy to activate energy centers, and that negative emotions disipate energy. I think that is the case from personal experience. I reached a point in my life where everything was good and activated the higher chakras, then everything fell apart with telepathy, then paranoia because of the telepathy, then getting rejected by a girl i knew, real mess. So the moral of the story is 'don't let the bastards grind you down'.

Damn Capitan, do you mean that you didn't think for 8 days? How? My internal dialogue causes me lots and lots of problems.

"Violence solves everything. If it's not solving your problems, you aren't using enough of it."

Re: Moving past Step 2

Upon this topic I have realized much reading John Lash's metahistory.org site concerning the Gnostic's definition of the Archon(s) and their connections to Ialdabaoth (Masculine"God") and our past history as humans.  There are fascinating parallels and connections between references to a parasite in our minds in many works such as Castenada's.  I believe it to be wholly true and am attempting to integrate my interaction with waking consciousness understanding this.  I understand also they are able to affect our experiences on the astral planes (dreaming) to siphon additional energy.  Noble Realms is a practical fortress of light (knowledge) to assist us in reacting in opposition to these impure and sadistic beings in their efforts, I thought I would note.  Best wishes.

Re: Moving past Step 2

Eckhart Tolle has another term for these parasites. He calls it the "pain body".  It feeds off the ego.

Re: Moving past Step 2

There is a very effective way to get this monkey off your back, whether it is attacking or dormant.

Go to a quiet place (or do it wherever you are)
1. Take a deep breath , from the bottom of your lungs and fill your chest
2. Start to exhale and keep going until you are gasping for breath. ( At which point breathe in (Step 1).
3. Repeat 3 times.
4. All through this process make this EXTREMELY powerful invocation ;

St. Michael the Archangel
Defend us in the day of battle
Be our safegaurd
Against the wickedness
and snares of the Devil.

May God rebuke him
We humbly pray
AND DO THOU
OH PRINCE OF THE HEAVENLY HOSTS
BY THE POWER OF GOD
CAST, INTO HELL
SATAN, AND ALL THE OTHER EVIL SPIRITS
WHO PROWL THROUGHOUT THE WORLD
SEEKING THE RUIN OF SOULS.

AMEN. (and so it is)

You should find that you will yawn repeatedly during the invocation, this is the monkey being forced out. If you are still yawning after the 3rd invocation, just carry on until cleared. Needs to be done on a daily basis. ( The feckers come back while you are asleep).

Re: Moving past Step 2

This discussion was meant to be a somewhat introductory to these concepts.  My concepts above are mostly based on Laura Knight's channeling of the Cassiopeans for information.  The Founders  of noble realms, I believe have a very good grasp of these concepts and more of the details, but I have trouble grasping some of them so I wanted to explain this as I understand it in a straightforward manner.

WEOPPOSEDECEPTION:  I have not yet read anything by Ekhardt.  From what work are you referencing?

MHATMA:  By not thinking I was mostly refering to silencing the voice in my head.  You begin to realize that you can think without words.  I learned that most of the attacks against me came in the form of words in my head, or manifested as such.

Thank you all for the input on this, I will see if I cannot compile all these sources concepts once I have read them.

I came back to add another thing to this:  The day I wrote this I had this overwhelmingly positive feeling.  I then went out and flipped this golf cart over at like 20 miles an hour coming very close to severly injuring myself and my passenger.  I was kind of out of my mind when I pulled off this stunt, and definately felt there was some kind of connection with this event and me writing initial post.  Since then I have struggled with staying afloat (positive) and many times I have slipped below the surface into the negativity.  Even with full knowlege that in order to succeed in this (whatever this is), I must fight the depression and negativity that piles on to me, I still fall back into old habits and suffer for it.

"...But Nothing is Lost:" "Nothing lasts... nothing lasts. Everything is changing into something else. Nothing's wrong. Nothing is wrong. Everything is on track. William Blake said nothing is lost and I believe that we all move on." - Terrence McKenna - Shpongle - But Nothing Is Lost

Re: Moving past Step 2

I am continuing on the concept I discussed about not thinking.  When I discussed not thinking above, I was refering to every time I tried to speak inside my head I shut it off.  I thought I was shutting off all thought but I realised I was not.  I realised the voice was merley interperting what my brain was thinking.  Like I was too stupid to realise what I was thinking so my brain translated it into english for me.  What I realised by shutting off the words is that I was still having the same thoughts but they carried a million times more value then the word tranlastions that keep interupting them.  I will give some examples.  If I were to see the grand canyon in my head, a voice would cue in and say "the grand canyon"  A visual representation of the grand canyon conveys a million times more power then the words "the grand canyon"  but now that the words have interupted my thinking, they have replaced the very complex image with something very vague, and weak.  Similarly, if you knew how to take apart a computer and put it back together, you could proably do it very easily, you know how to do it.  However if you needed to communicate how to do it in words to someone it would be very difficult.  If you yourself only remembered a verbal description on how to build the computer you would also have a much harder time then if you just knew how to do it.  That is because your thoughts carry an infinite value which words can never replace, and at least in my case, I have fallen prey to the theory that I must think in words.  So every thought my brain has, another part of my brain translates it into words that carry almost none of the original meaning of that thought.

Another thing I realised about this is that it takes my mind a while to translate a thought into words.  For instance I have slow reflexes.  Say a ball is flying at my head, I visualize myself ducking, but my brain needs to translate that thought into the words "duck", and then I duck.  I noticed my reflexs sped up when I shut of the verbal translation going on up there.  I don't wait to here duck I just do it when I think about it.  A much deeper, faster, I dare say better thinking takes place when I stop translating my thoughts into words in my head and just think.  Try it if you like.  If you are afflicted by this to begin with, I believe quieting the voice upstairs will show you some interesting things about the way you think.

Re: Moving past Step 2

The eckart tolle book referenced was "The Power of Now" which is definitely a powerful book.  I haven't read his most recent book, because his books are all so expensive, and his seminars moreso.  It really bothers me when spiritual teachers charge so much for knowledge (and it's not just him, so many otherwise amazing teachers charge what seem like insane rates for seminars and such).  There are always so many excuses too "you have to give to recieve" and "if you want/need it, oneness will provide a way," or a similar variation of that like "have faith that what you need will come to you" or whatever.  BS, I guess I just have better things to spend my money on.  If they really have faith in the universe to provide all that's needed, why don't they practice what they preach and give it up for free (or at least not turn anyone away because of lack of funding, or at the very very least have a sliding scale for poor people who still would like to partake of their wisdom and knowledge).  I digress, but still, The Power of Now is worth reading.

Re: Moving past Step 2

Any book that gets you to realize that the mind is not your friend is worth it's weight in gold. For me Tolle was the key. However, when I first read Power of Now I read it like any other book, finished it quickly and said "yeah, that makes sense" and put it away. I picked it up a couple of years later and started to seriously study the work and live it to the best of my ability. I try to use the mind rather than let it use me. Tricky business. Like going to the police to report a theft and the policeman is the thief.

Re: Moving past Step 2

I just read the "power of now".  The main problem I had was that he was rationalizing a point to our minds, but saying that we need to turn our minds off.  I think the most crucial new concept the Power of Now gave me was to live in the present.  I had heard may times, "There is no time, no future, no past, only now"  but I didn't know what that meant.  I think Tolle gave me a better idea of what that saying means.  Another thing with the book I think is that he spoke in too absolute of terms although he said that we need to interpet it in our own way.  I found that some of the technigques I stumbled upon work better for me then what he suggested for shutting off the egoic mind.

I find it very interesting that I come up with the concepts, seemingly off the top of my head and then find that someone has written in depth about them.  For instance, I had an urge to shut off my thinking and see what would result, and then I was told to read the "Power of Now" , where Ekhart Tolle suggests that doing this is one of the crucial requirements for enlightenment.
